Susan Moor joined an FRP Transition predecessor group after a career in the hospitality and leisure industry, culminating in running her own corporate events company and a series of restaurants. Susan also spent time in senior store management and operational head office roles in the retail sector.
Susan established the legacy interim management offering in 2005 and developed it into the leading practice in the market focussing exclusively on distressed businesses. She continues to work closely with banks, specialist investors and other key stakeholders in the corporate recovery and advisory community but also specialises in the placement of Interim Managers in the SME and owner managed sectors generally across the business life cycle.

Adrian Doble is Head of FRP Advisory’s Restructuring Services division and has worked on turnaround projects in the UK and Europe for 16 years. He represents companies and their investors, helping businesses to devise and implement improvement and turnaround programmes to deliver enhanced operational and financial performance. Adrian will take executive director positions in client companies where appropriate sharing responsibility and accountability alongside the CEO and board for delivery.
Adrian has made extensive use of FRP Transition’s community of Interim Managers, deploying them in a number of assignments either as part of the engagement team or to provide management continuity and succession.
Adrian was made a Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround as a result of his services to company-side restructurings. He is also a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers.
