Contractual arrangements

We enter into an agreement with our Clients for the supply of Interim Management services.  Click to view a copy of our standard supply agreement. There is no direct contractual relationship between the Client and the Interim Manager under our standard supply arrangements.

We invoice fortnightly for settlement within 14 days of date of invoice; the invoice amount comprises the Interim Manager’s charges and our fees.  As a guide, our fees will equate to 20% of the total amount invoiced.

Interim Managers are self employed and invariably operate through the medium of a limited liability company.
